Friends First did extensive research regarding a new insurance proposition. Innovation Booster was asked to validate the customer segment, biggest pain of the customer and the proposition.

By doing on- and offline lead generation using different marketing messages on facebook and in street interviews. By simulating ‘going live’ with a fictitious company receptiveness for a specific proposition in the market was measured.
