ANWB is a road assistance company. They have a large amount of members and is a well known brand throughout the Netherlands.

The customer base of ANWB is relatively old. Innovation Booster was asked to find a way to address the needs of a younger crowd.

By doing online marketing campaigns and street interviews the needs and pains of young (18-25) car users were found.
